It’s quite funny what neervana says because it’s almost saying that it’s dumb people who smoke pot. Smoking pot has nothing to do whether you’re smart or not.

or she’s simply saying she wished more smart people (and smart people probably being people sharing her interests and views) smoked pot and she didn’t say anything along the lines of pot having anything to do with how smart or dumb you are.
